Operationally, you face OTCxpert as the single counterparty for your trade with a simple settlement process. Settlement takes place after every trade with no need for account prefunding. Unlike exchanges, there are no withdrawal limits.

Buying cryptocurrency:

1. Before you can do any cryptocurrency trading, you must have a cryptocurrency wallet. We accept different types of hot wallets. If you don’t have one, you can download and start using it immediately.
2. Get your KYC and AML verification at OTCxpert.
3. Select the currency you want to buy your cryptocurrency for and OTCxpert will give you a quote.
4. Pay and provide us your wallet address or QR code. Since cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, please make sure that the cryptocurrency wallet address you provide is correct before trading.
5. After confirming the payment, OTCxpert will transfer the cryptocurrency directly into your wallet. This process takes around 10 minutes to finish.

Selling cryptocurrency:

1. Before you can do any cryptocurrency trading, you must have a cryptocurrency wallet. We accept different types of hot wallets. If you don’t already have one, you can download and start using it immediately.
2. Get your KYC and AML verification at OTCxpert.
3. Select the currency you want to sell your cryptocurrency for and OTCxpert will give you a quote.
4. OTCxpert will provide an official wallet address or QR code for you to transfer your cryptocurrency to. Since cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, please make sure that the cryptocurrency wallet address you filled is correct before trading.
5. After confirming the receipt of your cryptocurrency, OTCxpert will pay you the currency of your choice. This process takes around 10 minutes to finish.

There are no trading fees in addition to the prices we quote, which includes a bid-offer spread. We make our quotes mainly based on the size of the order and our internal mid market value. Secondary factors include market volatility, exchange order books, and past counterparty settlement history.
